Position: Director of Talent Acquisition

Synergy Business Consulting is currently seeking a REMOTE experienced Business Development and Account Managers for the Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach markets. Responsibilities include generating new accounts and servicing existing clients. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of professional sales and/or account executive experience, preferably in staffing/recruiting or professional services sales. We welcome accomplished account managers with enterprise-level B2B sales experience.

We seek highly motivated, results-driven, and competitive individuals interested in earning over $100,000 at various roles within our organization. Previous staffing industry experience is a plus. This role is currently fully remote with occasional office meetings and weekly client visits.
