Job Description:

The Business Development Manager (Central America) for our CCA (Caribbean Central America) Organization acts as internal support to the vendor business lead to drive profitable market share growth through business planning execution, pipeline management, and deep sales floor and customer enablement and engagement.

Develops and maintains business relationships by providing solutions for defined accounts in a product line, to achieve strategic and financial objectives.

What You'll Do:
  • Engage with the Business Unit and sales floor, conducting desk and tool training, and driving product awareness.
  • Support development of strategies for business growth.
  • Build and maintain an accurate deal pipeline within the company's CRM system.
  • Report weekly on sell-out activity, promotional performance, and deal pipeline status.
  • Assist in executing business and marketing plans as required.
  • Identify and address training opportunities within customers and internal sales teams.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for customer care issues.
  • Develop and maintain web tools such as InTouch, Licensing Online, vendor micro-sites, and online configurators.
  • Communicate product info, pricing, offers, and promotions to customers and sales teams.
  • Coordinate call-out days on the sales floor and with sales teams.
  • Engage directly with customers as role requirements dictate.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in sales, business development, account management, or vendor management, preferably in IT or tech distribution.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Compass) and sales reporting.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Proven pipeline management and revenue growth capabilities.

Additional Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Familiarity with IT products/services (preferred).
  • Experience with digital sales tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
