The Resilience Movement seeks an independent, remote leader to engage professionals, explore fit, and guide qualified individuals through our information and sales process. You’ll develop capabilities in digital marketing, communication and emerging technologies while managing your own priorities.

This is a performance-based role with flexible hours, designed for experienced professionals from mining, resources or related fields who want greater independence and ownership of their career.

Have you built your career around demanding rosters, leading teams and working in the resources sector? If you're looking to apply your professional experience in a different way, this remote role brings together leadership development, mentoring, professional engagement and business development, with the flexibility to work around existing commitments.

THE ROLE

Independent - Remote - Performance-Based within the personal development and leadership education sector. You will engage with prospective clients, conduct professional discovery conversations, assess mutual suitability and guide qualified individuals through an established information and sales process. You'll also develop capabilities in digital marketing, communication and emerging technologies while managing your own priorities and performance.

You may have experience in mining, resources, FIFO operations, site supervision, team leadership, training, workforce development, management or business development.
