Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery is seeking a Restoration Project Manager to lead Jonesboro restoration projects from inspection to final walkthrough. You will scope jobs, write estimates, and supervise field crews, serving as the primary contact for property owners and insurers.

You will ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence while mentoring crews and expanding Endurant's presence in Jonesboro through robust relationships with agents and adjusters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications a plus.
• Leadership experience in restoration, including scoping jobs, running crews, and writing estimates.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with crews, owners, adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work on varied job sites.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with job management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; on-call and after-hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and scope water, fire, smoke, storm, and mold damage jobs; document conditions and photos.
• Write accurate estimates and supplements; collaborate with adjusters for approvals.
• Plan, schedule, and lead projects from mitigation through reconstruction within schedule and budget.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors; adjust priorities as conditions change.
• Train and mentor crew members in restoration techniques and safety procedures.
