Job summary

BioTalent in San Francisco is seeking a Business Development Lead to drive growth in biologics CDMO development and manufacturing. This role demands hunter mindset, ability to originate and close high-value deals, and credibility to engage scientists through the C-suite.

You will leverage West Coast relationships and deep biotech industry knowledge to expand our client base, negotiate complex agreements, and contribute to a culture of excellence and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive CDMO/Biopharma Business Development experience.
• Proven success hunting, originating and closing complex high-value biologics/CDMO development and manufacturing deals.
• Deep understanding of biologics, clinical-to-commercial manufacturing and Drug Product.
• Strong West Coast biotech/pharma relationships and executive presence with C-suite stakeholders.

I am working with an industry-leading CDMO with an amazing culture and highly competitive compensation & benefits package on an exciting Business Development Lead opportunity.

I am looking to connect with a Business Development leader who brings:

• Proven success hunting, originating and closing complex, high-value biologics/CDMO development and manufacturing deals
• Deep understanding of biologics, clinical-to-commercial manufacturing and Drug Product, with the technical credibility to sell sophisticated solutions
• Strong West Coast biotech/pharma relationships and the executive presence to build trusted partnerships from scientific stakeholders through the C-suite
• 4+ years of progressive CDMO/Biopharma Business Development experience, ideally with a strong track record of new-logo and territory growth
