Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s program.
• Based in Austin and able to work on-site.
• Strong written communication.
• Highly organized and proactive with follow-up.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites, including occasional overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Sales pipeline management and CRM upkeep.
• Assemble proposals, quotes, and reports.
• Support marketing with campaigns and case studies.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure follow-through.
• Travel to customer sites to support visits and demos.
