Job summary

Contoro Robotics is hiring to expand our Southern California presence, near Inland Empire, Perris, Torrance and Buena Park, collaborating with our Austin-based Director of Business Development. You will build a regional pipeline for trailer unloading, palletizer, and AGV systems while qualifying prospects and expanding relationships with warehouse operators.

In this hands-on role you’ll manage marketing activities, trade shows, case studies, and follow-ups to shorten the sales cycle, with growth

Qualifications

• Based in Southern California; not a relocation role.
• At least five years of customer-facing experience in warehouse industry.
• Strong written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to drive to customer sites and occasional travel to Austin.
• Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and warm relationships with warehouse operators in Southern California.
• Qualify prospects against operational fit criteria and advance qualified opportunities.
• Visit sites to learn operations and gather automation needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotes, and performance reporting.
• Run regional trade shows and events to nurture leads.
