Job summary

Kaufman Rossin in Miami, FL is seeking a Business Development Intern who will contribute to growth initiatives, assist with proposals, and help cultivate client relationships. The role offers hands-on experience across marketing, sales operations, and strategic projects.

You will work with the Training and Development team to learn how data informs growth, with exposure to Salesforce, DOMO, and Asana. Candidates should be entering their senior year with a 3.0+ GPA and be comfortable working 3–4

Qualifications

Entering senior year and pursuing a BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and creating presentations and reports.
Ideally experience with project management tools (Asana), CRM platforms (Salesforce), and data analytics tools (Domo).

Responsibilities

Strategize and grow the firm’s brand across service lines, industries, and geographies.
Develop tailored proposals, presentations, and content for potential clients.
Build relationships by organizing events and sponsorships with clients and prospects.
Support sales training and coaching to improve client engagement.
Analyze data to uncover trends and insights using Salesforce, Domo, and related tools.
Track activities and deadlines using Asana to ensure timely delivery.
Engage in various projects to learn all aspects of business development.
