Join Our Team at Treetop ABA Therapy - Intake Coordinators Wanted!
Location: Inwood, NY
Positions Available: 2 (One requires Spanish-speaking bilingual skills)

Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment? Treetop ABA Therapy is looking for two motivated and compassionate Intake Coordinators to be the welcoming voice for families seeking life-changing autism therapy services.

In this vital role, you'll guide families through the onboarding process with empathy, clarity, and care-ensuring a smooth and supportive start to their journey with us.

Shifts Available:

• Shift 1: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET

• Shift 2: Saturday & Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM ET + any three weekdays of your choice (flexible scheduling available)

Note: One of these roles requires fluency in Spanish to support our bilingual families.

What You'll Do:

• Manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls to prospective families

• Guide families through intake forms, documentation, and consent processes

• Clearly explain our services and next steps with professionalism and compassion

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience

• Maintain accurate records and protect client confidentiality

• Track performance metrics and work toward intake goals for incentive opportunities

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

• Healthcare or ABA industry experience a plus

• Spanish fluency required for one position
