Your Journey
This two-year track focuses on developing you into a future sales professional, while giving you the chance to explore the broader commercial landscape. You’ll work with important clients and retail partners across different product divisions, gaining hands-on experience in sales cycles, accountmanagement, and field execution. From day one, you’ll be empowered to take ownership, build strong client relationships, and drive real business growth.
You'll also gain exposure to the commercial decision-making behind our product strategy. While the program is designed with a clear focus on sales, it also offers the flexibility to branch out into roles in marketing, supply chain management (SCM), or business strategy later on — especially through our general track.
What makes this traineeship unique is the balance between structure and flexibility: you’ll build a strong sales skillset with clear responsibilities, while still keeping the door open to grow into other commercial roles based on your interests and strengths. Throughout the journey, a dedicated mentor and ongoing training will support your growth into a confident, capable commercial professional.
Your Profile
Knowledge and experience – you have a master degree in economics or social sciences (e.g., Data Analytics, Business Information Management, Marketing Management, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, Commercial Science, Communication Management, …). Graduates with another degree, but with the right experience and mindset also qualify!
Spontaneous personality – you have strong communication skills and know how to convince others with your dedication, assertiveness and openness. With your enthusiasm, you actively involve others in projects and tasks.
Sociable - you enjoy working with colleagues and having meetings with external stakeholders. You’re eager to build a network that you will keep up to date.
Critical and analytical skills – you can execute with excellence on the most important things. You’re able to identify new opportunities and overcome barriers.
Personal leadership – you’re actively focused on your personal development. You’re aware of your own talents, pitfalls and challenges. You’re eager to grow as professional and as a person.
Language – you’re a good communicator in Dutch and French. This enables you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
Dynamic – you are willing to be part of an international organization that is continuously evolving.
