Job summary

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегию бизнес-развития и партнёрств Logos, формируя стратегические отношения до запуска mainnet и стимулируя рост экосистемы.
• Идентифицировать экосистемы, протоколы, инфраструктурных провайдеров и приложения, где технология Logos приносит ценность и привлекает пользователей и оборот.
• Строить целевой пайплайн возможностей.
• Устанавливать приоритеты и метрики BD, контролировать бюджет.
• Вести возможности от идентификации до технической оценки, переговоров, интеграции и поддержки отношений.
• Строить отношения в Web3 экосистеме: кошельки, биржи, оракулы, DeFi, интеграторы и др.
• Оценивать технические архитектуры партнёров и как приватность Logos дополняет их стек.
• Сотрудничать с техническими командами для перевода идей в реализацию.
• Представлять Logos основателям и руководителям протоколов и техническим лицам.
• Управлять командой BD из двух сотрудников, устанавливать приоритеты и следить за активностью.
• Обеспечивать дисциплинированный пайплайн и ответственность, избегать бюрократии.
• Поддерживать важные отношения и быть Hands-on.

Logos supports the development of the decentralised web and builds technology and community for a more sovereign, decentralised world. Its technology spans decentralised infrastructure, communications and storage, with a focus on privacy, censorship resistance and permissionless systems.

Задачи:

• Develop and execute Logos’ business development and partnership strategy, building strategic relationships ahead of mainnet and driving ecosystem growth and adoption through expanded distribution channels post-launch
• Identify ecosystems, protocols, infrastructure providers and applications where Logos technology can deliver value and bring users and volume to the network
• Build a focused pipeline of high-value opportunities
• Set priorities and success metrics for business development activity, and own performance against budget
• Own opportunities from identification through technical evaluation, negotiation, integration and ongoing relationship management
• Build relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem, including wallets, centralised exchanges, on/off-ramps, oracles, indexers, DeFi protocols and aggregators, multisigs and other infrastructure providers, with a focus on privacy-focused participants
• Identify opportunities for integrations, deployments, ecosystem partnerships and adoption of Logos technology
• Assess prospective partners’ technical architectures and identify how Logos’ privacy capabilities can complement their technology stacks and attract privacy-focused applications and protocols
• Work with technical teams on both sides to move opportunities from conversation to implementation
• Represent Logos with founders, protocol leads, ecosystem teams and technical decision-makers
• Manage, mentor and develop an existing team of two BD contributors
• Set team priorities and focus on opportunities most likely to create meaningful adoption
• Establish disciplined pipeline management, ownership and follow-through
• Support the team on complex partnerships and negotiations
• Create accountability without unnecessary processes or bureaucracy
• Remain hands-on with strategically important relationships and opportunities
• Partner with protocol, engineering, product, ecosystem and communications teams
• Bring market and partner feedback into the organisation to inform product and ecosystem priorities
• Translate technical capabilities into clear propositions for different partners and use cases
• Help technical teams understand the commercial and strategic context of potential integrations
• Ensure partnerships result in tangible outcomes, not just announcements

• Significant experience in Web3, blockchain or decentralised infrastructure
• Strong understanding of blockchain network architecture and Web3 infrastructure
• Experience in business development, ecosystem development, strategic partnerships or a closely related role
• Evidence of building partnerships that resulted in integrations, adoption, users, network activity or revenue
• Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem
• Ability to communicate effectively with highly technical stakeholders
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to distinguish strategically valuable opportunities from noise
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, highly technical organisation
• Builder mentality and ability to take opportunities from an initial idea through to implementation
• Open-source protocol experience is required
