Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for blockchain-based projects throughout the SDLC
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and support successful project delivery
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and specifications
• Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and discovery meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Support presales activities through discovery calls, solution discussions, effort estimations, and proposal preparation
• Translate business needs into actionable Jira tasks and maintain project documentation in Confluence
• Analyze blockchain-related business cases involving DeFi, NFTs, cross-chain solutions, Ethereum, Polkadot/Substrate ecosystems, Layer 2 infrastructure, and ZK technologies
• Work with Agile teams to prioritize requirements, refine the backlog, and support sprint planning
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements and propose practical solutions

• 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry, specifically in outsourcing companies
• Understand Blockchain principles, DeFi, NFTs, cross-chain communications, Ethereum, Polkadot and Substrate-based chains, L2 infrastructure, and ZK rollups and technologies
• Have a basic understanding of crypto systems
• Be able to work independently and within a team
• Have experience managing requirements during the SDLC
• Have experience with Jira and Confluence
• Know documentation and requirement elicitation techniques
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have experience with Agile development methodologies
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have experience with presales activities between projects
• Upper-Intermediate English
