Business Development Executive - Staffing

We are a small and growing IT services and Contingent Staffing firm located in New Jersey, servicing Fortune 2000 clients and US government agencies. We seek a senior business development executive with extensive experience in market research, digital marketing, cold calling, and sales presentations.

The ideal candidate should have an existing book of clients for quick onboarding, with the flexibility to pursue new accounts after generating revenue from current clients.

Location

  • 100% remote (Anywhere in USA)

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary + recurring commissions on closed accounts (uncapped commissions)

Qualifications

  • 15+ years in Business Development within US IT Services and Staffing, with an existing client base among Fortune 2000 companies
  • Proven success in closing medium to large accounts with multi-million dollar revenues
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging at all organizational levels
  • Strong listening skills to understand client pain points and tailor services accordingly
  • Experience with Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Cold Calling, and Sales Presentations

Responsibilities

  • Leverage existing client relationships to generate immediate revenue
  • Conduct market research on target industries and clients within Fortune 2000, focusing on fast-growing sectors
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers in target accounts
  • Establish communication channels via email, social media, and cold calls to promote our services
  • Generate leads and convert engagements into sales meetings
  • Create compelling sales presentations and update sales collateral regularly
  • Collaborate with leadership to strategize meetings with C-suite executives
  • Support ongoing account management to expand relationships within client organizations
