The Opportunity

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth and new client acquisition in the United States. This is an opportunity to work with a globally positioned firm on the forefront of flexible executive talent solutions. The role is ideally suited for a seasoned professional with a strong network and a consultative sales style, looking to operate independently within a high-potential, commission-driven model.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across target sectors (consumer, e-commerce, industrial) in the US market.
  • Promote Eunity’s permanent and fractional executive solutions to CEOs, founders, CHROs, and private equity stakeholders.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from outreach through to contract signature.
  • Collaborate closely with our global delivery and talent teams to align client needs with executive talent.
  • Represent Eunity Partners as a brand ambassador, maintaining high standards of professionalism and insight.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years in business development, executive search, or professional services sales.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of leadership hiring and/or flexible talent models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Based in the US with a deep understanding of the local market.
