Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking a VP / Principal, Business Development with a strong background in executive search or talent solutions, preferably in the Private Equity sector. We are willing to consider strong sales professionals who have experience selling professional services to Private Equity firms who bring strong relationships. This is a pure business development role (180 model) and you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new client relationships while our delivery team handles the execution and recruitment process.
You’re a natural networker who quickly gains trust and influence with investors and top executives. A tenacious dealmaker who thrives on opening doors and closing retained search deals. If you’re a high performer who’s tired of restrictive metrics and unnecessary corporate red tape, and you’re ready to take ownership of your success, this role is for you.
While you will have the autonomy to drive your own business development efforts, you’ll never be working in a silo. We believe in the power of teamwork, and you’ll have the support of a strong delivery team that ensures your clients and candidates receive top-notch service from start to finish.
