Business Development Executive - Enterprise Technology

Role Summary

This remote position involves 'farming' existing Capgemini accounts and selling Cloud & Infrastructure Services. The focus will be on cloud migration, data center transformation, ServiceNow, end-user services, and cybersecurity offerings. An aggressive sales commission plan rewards top performers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep relationships with targeted Financial Services clients and prospects.
  • Build account and sales plans to meet targets, including opening new relationships within existing accounts.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to deliver proposals.
  • Manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 times the sales quota.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of sales experience in IT integration, outsourcing, or project services.
  • Experience with consultative sales and engaging CXO-level management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with targeted account strategies and CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Ability to travel 25%, mainly within the NA region.
