Job description

Role Summary

This remote position involves “farming” existing Capgemini accounts and selling Cloud & Infrastructure Services to them.

The focus will be on selling services related to cloud migration, data center transformation, ServiceNow, end user services, and cybersecurity portfolio offerings.

The role offers an aggressive Sales Commission Plan designed to reward top performers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop deep relationships and high levels of intimacy with targeted Financial Services customers and prospects.
  • Build detailed account and sales plans to meet targets. Expected to develop and open new relationships within existing accounts.
  • Leverage knowledge of industry trends and client challenges to develop compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate with diverse sales teams to deliver winning proposals.
  • Manage a sales pipeline of 3-4 times the sales quota.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of sales experience in IT integration, outsourcing, or project services.
  • Experience with consultative sales, analyzing client challenges, and conveying ROI and TCO to CXO levels.
  • Comfortable proposing and building relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience in targeted account sales strategies.
  • Ability to operate in a global organizational environment.
  • Commitment to staying updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, pipeline reporting, and forecasting.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25%, primarily within the NA region, with regular visits to local clients.
