Doctor Rekha Ayurveda is seeking a dynamic and passionate Business Development Executive to join our team. This key position is responsible for managing customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless experience for clients seeking Ayurvedic wellness solutions.


As a Business Development Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients, guiding them through our range of Ayurvedic treatments, products, and services. You will work closely with the sales and customer service teams to foster long-term relationships and help clients achieve their health and wellness goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients or clients.
  • Clearly communicate treatment offerings, Ayurveda therapies, and the hospitals approach.
  • Assist patients in understanding packages, doctor consultations, timelines, and processes.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to consultation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (doctors, therapists, admin) to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails and in-person meetings.
  • Address queries and concerns with empathy and clarity.
  • Maintain detailed records of communications
  • Build long-term trust with clients for future treatments or referrals.
  • Collect and report feedback for service improvements.
  • Convert inquiries into confirmed patients/treatment bookings.
  • Support in achieving monthly conversion and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field
  • Freshers or candidates with experience in sales, customer relations, or front desk roles.
  • Smart, confident, and proficient in English (spoken and written)
  • Familiarity with CRM software and basic sales tools for tracking leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex treatment details into clear, friendly communication.
  • Ability to handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, if required.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage a high volume of client interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and demonstrate self-motivation to meet sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of Ayurveda and Ayurvedic treatments (or willingness to learn).
  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, wellness, or similar industries.
  • Fluency in English
