Base pay range

$115,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Welcome to the pivotal role of “Business Development Executive” within our team!

This position stands at the forefront of our evolving commercial strategy in North America, adapting to the dynamic shifts brought by AI in the content industry.

As the business development lead, you will seek out and negotiate with both large and smaller sports media sites to provide our range of advanced services for the sports marketplace. You will be a competent business developer with knowledge of the North America sports betting industry, ideally from an affiliate perspective.

Your Role in our Team

  • Identifying new business opportunities within the Sports betting area, these will be a mix of affiliate sites, media owners, blogs and social media channels
  • Creating strategies to successfully reach new business opportunities
  • Building relationships with new clients, gauging their needs and developing proposals to address these needs
  • Pitching sales and products to new and existing clients
  • Attending conferences and events to build relationships with industry partners and staying up to date with new trends
  • Creating sales forecasts and actively working towards reaching them
  • Longer team you may also be growing, managing and training a business development team
  • Collaborating with design and dev teams to ensure that the requirements are met

Your Skills & Experience

  • Possessing a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
  • Minimum of two years in a business development role within the sports betting industry for the USA

You’ll like this

We are ideally looking for this to be a contracting role directly with our Malta company. You will be given 15 days per year paid holiday within the contract and paid sick leave. You will be responsible for your own taxes. We expect you to come with your own hardware and environment to work in. This role is remote.

Salary Plan: $115,000 base + commission

Commission: Up to $50,000 based on revenue targets to be set during final interviews.
