Job summary

Infosys is hiring a Business Development Executive in Los Angeles. This role focuses on leveraging technology to define tomorrow for diverse sectors, including autonomous driving, big data, cybersecurity, and government software.

You will operate at the frontline of innovation, spreading Infosys imagination and expertise across organizations worldwide. The position requires a strong educational background, willingness to relocate within the LA area, and the ability to work in a global delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 5+ years of work experience. Master’s degree with 3+ years also acceptable.
• Located within commuting distance of LA, CA or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship (no immigration sponsorship available).
• Aptitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas across industries and solutions.
• Empathetic and strategic mindset with broad industry understanding.
• Experience and/or desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and 5+ years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master degree and 3+ years of work experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of LA, California or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
• Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience independently leading portfolios and mining
• Experience providing market development, competitor analysis and opportunity analysis
• Ability to rally colleagues, prospects and clients around your ideas and deals

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
