Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive future-focused technology solutions and help clients realize tomorrow’s opportunities today. The role spans multiple industries from autonomous driving to cybersecurity, with travel to project locations as needed.

You will engage in market development and opportunity analysis, working at the frontline of Infosys’ innovation and growth across global engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent with 5+ years work experience; or a Master’s degree with 3+ years.
• Located within commuting distance of New York/New Jersey or willing to relocate.
• Authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
• Aptitude to rapidly learn and abstract ideas, industries, technologies and solutions.
• Empathetic and strategic mindset with broad industry and business understanding.
• Experience and/or desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Responsibilities

• Sell Infosys services to clients by highlighting future-focused tech opportunities.
• Engage with prospects and clients to drive business development in various sectors.

The Infosys Business Development Executive is a one-of-a-kind sales rep who calls on their passion for the future to show business how to leverage the technology that will define tomorrow, today. Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution (will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education) and 5+ years of work experience. Alternatively, a Master degree and 3+ years of work experience
• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of New York/ New Jersey or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements

• Ability to rally colleagues, prospects and clients around your ideas and deals
