Job Title: Business Development Executive - IT Staffing (Southern California Territories)

We are seeking a passionate and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at OSTechnical, a leading IT staffing agency. This role offers the perfect blend of autonomy, top-tier tools, and an industry-leading compensation plan, including a base salary, commission incentives (above industry standards), monthly car, internet, and phone allowances, plus a 100% remote work schedule. If you have a proven track record in business development and are motivated to drive success, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers, directors, and executives at companies with technology staffing needs.
  2. Proactively reach out to new prospects via calls, emails, and social media, logging activities into our CRM.
  3. Set meetings, conduct presentations, and close deals on contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire placements.
  4. Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure job requirements are clear and candidates are well-matched.
  5. Negotiate competitive bill rates and build relationships with clients’ AP teams to ensure timely invoice processing.
  6. Continuously grow existing client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in IT staffing sales, IT Solutions Sales, or information technology-related business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own schedule and workload independently.
  • Passion for building lasting client relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Demonstrate creativity to devise new ideas and disciplined action plans to acquire clients.
