This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a territory through consistent prospecting and in-person client engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with plaintiff personal injury law firms, generating new business, and expanding the organization's presence within the local market.

We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the personal injury legal ecosystem and have experience building relationships with attorneys, law firms, medical providers, or businesses that serve personal injury clients.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & New Client Acquisition
  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities throughout the South Carolina market.
  • Build relationships with plaintiff personal injury attorneys, law firm decision-makers, and other relevant industry contacts.

  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to introduce services and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and manage opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Convert new relationships into active accounts and identify opportunities for continued business growth.

  • Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships and expand account activity.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support client needs and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospecting activity, client interactions, pipeline development, and sales progress in the company's CRM.
  • Work toward established activity, new business, revenue, and account development goals.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent prospecting and follow-up.
  • Monitor progress against sales targets and adjust business development strategies as needed.
  • Provide regular updates on territory activity, pipeline status, opportunities, and market feedback.
Qualifications

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

This opportunity is well suited to a proactive sales professional who enjoys being out in the market, meeting people, opening doors, and building a territory. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cold outreach, persistent follow-up, and relationship-based selling, and understands that long-term business growth comes from consistent activity and trust.

Candidates who already understand the personal injury industry may have an advantage, but the ability to develop new business, build credibility, and create lasting professional relationships is essential.
