Executive Recruiter specializing in RF/Microwave Semiconductor Engineering at Advanced Technology Search

We are working on behalf of a leading maker of components and subsystems for military communications, EW, Radar, and other defense markets.

They are looking for a Business Development Engineer, who will work closely with defense prime contractors to grow business. This person will also sell IMAs / Subsystems, mostly based on filters and PAs.

Requirements:

1. BSEE or equivalent, with 5-10+ years in the RF/Microwave industry, including 2-3 years in a customer-facing role.
2. Alternatively, a Design or Applications Engineer interested in a customer-facing role.
3. Experience in sales/engineering within the defense market is strongly preferred.
4. Remote location in the Midwest or the Eastern half of the country preferred, to access key divisions.
5. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN OR GREEN CARD HOLDER.
