• Manage and execute packaging innovation and productivity projects
• Manage Innovation Projects from concept through commercialization and retail shelves
• Work with internal customers to commercialize packaging designs and concepts
• Represent packaging in cross-functional team meetings to develop and implement new packaging and packaging changes to realize cost savings
• Conduct line trials
• Conduct lab testing
• Develop packaging specifications

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate in Packaging or related field
• 1-3 years minimum experience in Packaging R&D for CPG, Food & Beverage or related industries
• Good communication skills, both oral and written
