This is a direct hire opportunity based in Oakland County, with a hybrid work model. The role requires initial onsite presence to familiarize with the technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Support business development in vehicle & powertrain engineering, intelligent mobility, and software development.
  • Develop and strengthen partnerships with existing customers through effective account management.
  • Define and execute sales strategies aligned with customer product & technology roadmaps.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities via networking, trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Assist engineering teams in understanding customer requirements and developing proposals.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to learn new concepts and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in sales, product management, or business development is a plus.
