Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in installation, repair, construction, or home services.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and carry it short distances.
