Position Summary

The Business Development Director will be a success‑driven, customer‑oriented professional focused on selling contract logistics solutions. The role is a hunter position that identifies new opportunities, develops value propositions, manages the bid process, builds stakeholder relationships, presents and negotiates, and closes deals. The preferred network is in the fast‑moving consumer goods vertical. The primary location is Port Reading / Newark, New Jersey, with second‑choice locations in Dallas / Lancaster, Texas.

Minimum Required Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of contract logistics experience with demonstrated success.

Compensation

The expected base pay range is $140,000.00 – $210,000.00 annually, based on experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
