The Business Development Director will be success-driven, customer-oriented and always seeking new opportunities. This role is a (hunter) position focused on selling contract logistics solutions. Adept in identifying new opportunities; developing value proposition; managing the internal bid process and stakeholder relationships; presenting and negotiating; and closing. Ideally, this individual will have an established network in the fast-moving consumer goods vertical.
This will reside preferably in Port Reading / Newark, New Jersey. Secondarily - Dallas / Lancaster, Texas.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations advantageous.
Supervisory Responsibilities and experience are advantageous.
Good mathematical skills.

The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. For this position, the expected base pay range is $140,000.00 - $210,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
