Job description

As a New Business Development Director, you will have expertise and in-depth experience in the Learning and Capability Development space. You will play an important role in our business's growth by creating sales strategies tailored to the learning sector.

You will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, nurture relationships, and support the continued expansion of our footprint in this dynamic market.

You will have credible expertise within the training, learning, and capability development market within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sector.

You will lead the development of the growth strategy in the US for our Learning and Capability brand, Nazaré (Part of Inizio Engage XD).

Nazaré is our leading Learning and Capability brand, creating learning experiences that inspire immediate and lasting change in performance.

What you'll do
  1. Market analysis and strategy:
    • Develop plans specific to the US market through in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities within the learning sector, starting from the global plan.
    • Refine sales strategies and go-to-market plans, collaborating with Nazaré and internal teams to ensure understanding and support of these plans.
  2. Sales Growth:
    • Increase revenue by targeting key accounts and clients.
    • Establish and nurture relationships with decision makers and partners, ensuring a pipeline of qualified leads.
    • Maintain regular actions to generate leads, qualify, and convert them into sales.
  3. Innovation, differentiation, and presentation:
    • Enhance market profile through marketing and events, working with sales enablement and marketing teams to develop relevant assets.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
    • Recommend and implement innovative strategies to differentiate offerings and stay ahead of competitors.
What you'll need to have
  1. Over 10 years of experience in sales and business growth, with a successful track record.
  2. Credible expertise in training, learning, and capability development within the Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences sector.
  3. A creative mindset and ability to foster positive relationships internally and externally.
  4. Experience engaging with prospects and developing compelling presentations for target clients.
  5. Integrity in developing new business.
