  • Delivering Compelling Institutional Narratives: Conduct strategic school tours, open houses, and information sessions that demonstrate with clarity and conviction how our model enables accelerated learning while developing crucial life competencies.
  • Implementing Data-Driven Strategy: Maintain comprehensive admissions analytics in HubSpot and SIS platforms, analyze performance metrics, and deliver actionable intelligence to leadership to optimize recruitment initiatives.
  • Establishing Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain definitive admissions documentation and standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency across all prospect interactions.

Basic Requirements

  • Austin, TX residency required (or willingness to relocate), with capacity for up to 20% domestic travel.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
