Essential Functions:
  1. Lead, mentor, and be a ‘player/coach’ for a high-performing team of professionals to train in the EMD space across customer segments and costs/reimbursement models.
  2. Lead the design and implementation of training for strategic account planning, data analytics, and utilization of new tools within CRM systems to drive impact and effectiveness of the field force.
  3. Nurture a collaborative environment focused on continuous growth and excellence.
  4. Provide coaching and career development support, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and results-driven performance.
  5. Manage resources and timelines to ensure the efficient execution of training initiatives.
  6. Lead and collaborate on the creation of training programs for cross-functional, customer-facing roles aimed at improving collaboration, strategic planning, and execution to enhance the customer experience.
  7. Spearhead needs analysis, design, and implementation of comprehensive training strategies using adult learning principles for the EMD Sales and Market Access teams, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  8. Lead the design, delivery, and facilitation of advanced onboarding and skill-building programs for EMD Access and Reimbursement Managers (ARMs).
  9. Educate sales teams on market access, reimbursement processes, and third-party payer challenges to enhance strategic account management.
  10. Partner with Sales Learning Leads to integrate market access insights into the new hire curriculum.
  11. Monitor and assess training needs through stakeholder feedback and field interactions, iterating strategies to improve effectiveness.

  14. Use data to evaluate training effectiveness, providing insights for ongoing improvements.
  15. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, sharing insights on industry trends and strategies, and represent the learning team as an adjunct member of the franchise leadership team.
  16. Participate actively in the Learning Center of Excellence Leadership Team and the Business Operations & Analytics extended leadership team.
Required Experience:
