Our team of specialists—scientists, engineers, and field technicians—delivers comprehensive solutions, from air quality testing to hazardous material assessments. With a commitment to compliance and public safety, we provide the insight and action needed to create healthier environments.

Our Industrial Hygiene Service Line includes services such as lead, asbestos and mold assessments; hazardous material surveys; abatement monitoring; indoor air quality testing; drinking water surveys; worker exposure assessments; Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Pre-Occupancy testing; and compliance audits for a variety of clients. Base Salary $130-150k + 10-15% Bonus

Job Details

Responsibilities

Grow existing business, through new business development, existing personal relationships, and leveraging existing contracts and clients to expand services
Manage and mentor Industrial Hygiene team
Lead and manage portfolio of IH and safety projects
Prepare and review proposals and bids for new projects and technical reports
Build and nurture strong client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Environmental Science or Engineering, or related area of study
Master's Degree preferred
10+ years of IH and safety consulting with demonstrated business development capabilities and history of repeat business
IH/safety experience in the DC Metro Area
Preferred one or more of the following certifications CIH, CSP, or CHMM
Proven leadership in project, staff, and business management
Prior leadership experience, will train and mentor staff of 5+ teammembers
