Our client specializes in the equipment leasing market and offers a range of financial solutions to their clients, including operating leases and equipment finance agreements for companies unable to secure traditional financing. They have an established presence and are looking to expand their team with a Business Development Director focused on selling within the C-suite at $100m+ organizations.

Job Description

• The Business Development Director must be comfortable with prospecting, qualifying inbound leads and cold leads and driving additional outbound efforts through networking, referrals and cold-calling while running the full sales process.
• The Business Development Director will be developing relationships with CFOs and CEOs at $100m+ organizations.
• The Business Development Director will need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the equipment leasing industry and competitive landscape.

Requirements

• 2-10+ years of demonstrated business development success in equipment financing and leasing.
• Ideal candidates will have previous experience working on agreements in the $5m-$30m range and closing business over the phone.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.

Location: This is a remote work environment where ideal candidates will be located in Salt Lake City, UT or Orange County, CA but remote candidates will also be considered.

Total Comp: $150,000 - $250,000
