  6. 6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues promptly.
  7. 7. Coordinate and participate in community outreach programs to promote our services and enhance our brand image.
  8. 8. Develop and implement strategies for census development and revenue growth.
  9. 9. Negotiate contracts with managed care organizations and other entities.
  10. 10. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve their potential and deliver results.
