Harper Jeep Ram Chrysler Dodge Fiat is seeking an Internet Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.

Day-to-day tasks include initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings. Responsibilities include handling calls, quick responses to inquiries via internet, phone and live chat, presenting product information and financing options, and following up on leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one previous role in customer service.
• Must be a collaborative team player with eagerness to improve.
• Must be prompt, courteous and professional.
• Positive, hardworking attitude with strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls and establish follow-ups for sales appointments.
• Respond to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates.
• Provide initial product information and direct customers to dealership resources.
• Present financing options based on customer needs.
• Follow up with leads not ready to book or who no-show.
• Participate in team/process development and maintain positive relationships across teams.
• Use CRM tracking system daily.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments


• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates


• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources


• Present initial financing options based on customer needs


• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show


• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management


• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
