Position: Business Development Coordinator – Transactions & Advisory

Location: Roseland, NJ or New York, NY

Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Development Coordinator to join a high-performing team supporting the Transactions & Advisory Group. This includes M&A, Private Equity, Mortgage & Structured Finance, Debt Finance, Capital Markets & Securities, and the Life Sciences practice. In this role, you'll work closely with practice leaders and attorneys to drive growth initiatives and strategic business development efforts across the firm.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing or business development; experience in legal, consulting, or financial services is preferred
• Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online research
• Self-starter with a client-focused mindset and proactive attitude
• Maintains a high level of professionalism and composure under pressure
