Our client is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to join their team! In this role, the Business Development Coordinator will work closely with the Business Development Analysts, BD Team and lawyers to generate business for the firm through business planning and strategy.

Past Marketing, Business Development, or similar experience is REQUIRED

5 days onsite

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify relevant precedents by industry, geography and type of transaction or matter to support the Partners in preparing presentations (pitch books, brochures, trifolds, duofolds and other presentations), to effectively communicate the Firm’s relevant experience and articulate clear reasons why the Firm should be retained.
• Complete production aspects (editing, fact checking, assembling, proofreading) to ensure materials are delivered accurately and on time.
• Assist the BD Analysts in preparing competitive intelligence research to update lawyers on clients, prospects, peers/competitors and market trends.
• Update lawyer biographies digitally and in print.
• Drive strategy of the assigned practice group with Senior Analysts.
• Other duties or special projects may be assigned.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 1+ year of experience working for a law firm, Financial Institution or other Professional Services firm.
• BA or equivalent required, a Masters is a plus!
