Business Development Coordinator (East Region) - Cleveland

Grace Technologies, Inc is hiring for a remote Business Development Coordinator for our East Region. The ideal candidate will be in the metro area of Detroit, Pittsburgh, or Cleveland.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive leads from tradeshows and events utilizing CRM system (HubSpot) by executing outbound calls, emails, and text messaging campaigns.
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead engagement and outreach.
  • Work with customers to assess their needs, engineer solutions, and explain product offerings.
  • Own opportunities and action items throughout the sales pipeline and engage manufacturing representatives and distributors to drive action.
  • Schedule and deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and application engineering in-person or online.
  • Experiment and innovate new ways to engage customers and drive sales.
  • Travel through sales territory to visit sales channels and customers, up to 25-50% annually.
  • Represent Grace Technologies at trade shows and events, including the annual Rockwell Automation Fair.
  • Conduct manufacturer representative and distributor product and sales training.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, service, and technical issues as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need
  • Education equivalent to a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial sales, inside or outside sales.
  • Valid US Driver’s license.
  • Good understanding of industry terms and standards.
  • Strong time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
