Top Ranked National Law Firm in Miami, FL seeks a Business Development Coordinator to support its growing BD and marketing team. The role is hybrid (3 days in office) and offers strong growth and advancement opportunities.

You will collaborate with attorneys and marketing colleagues to drive client-focused initiatives and firm visibility. Responsibilities include coordinating BD projects, organizing events, preparing pitches and RFPs, researching market trends, and maintaining marketing

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attorney biographies, practice descriptions, experience lists, and marketing materials.
• Draft internal and external communications, newsletters, announcements, and social media content.
• Build strong working relationships with attorneys and serve as a reliable business development resource.
• Maintain referral, mailing list, experience, and business development data.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with legal directories, rankings, pitches, proposals, or events is a plus
