Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated attorney with expertise in real estate, small business law, asset protection, trusts, legal document preparation, research, and sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in these areas and a passion for providing exceptional legal services. As a remote company, we offer the flexibility to work from anywhere while staying connected and collaborative.

Role Overview:

As you begin your journey with us, you will closely collaborate with our partners/founders, learning from their extensive experience and expertise. Your goal will be to apply these insights and progressively take on more responsibilities, ultimately easing the workload of our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Asset Protection: Assist partners and Operations Lead in the creation and execution of innovative strategies and solutions to safeguard clients' assets from potential risks and liabilities. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our clients' assets are well-protected.
• Research & Content Development: Support our content-development efforts through meticulous, detailed, and organized research.
• Legal Document Preparation:Prepare, review, a variety of legal document templates essential for developing robust asset protection plans. This includes contracts, agreements, and deeds. Ensure all documents are meticulously accurate, comprehensive, and fully compliant with applicable laws.
• Sales:Conduct strategy meetings with clients to understand their needs and tailor our services to make successful sales. Utilize your sales experience to build and maintain strong client relationships. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and effectively communicate the value of our legal services to potential clients.

• Legal Expertise:Deep understanding of business law, contracts, real estate, trusts, asset protection, and regulatory compliance.
• Strategic Thinking:Ability to develop and implement business strategies that align with legal requirements and business goals.

Qualifications:
