About the Role

We're hiring Associate Attorneys (0–10 years of experience) to jump into high-stakes real estate litigation—think beach houses, downtown lofts, and the occasional family war zone disguised as a duplex. You’ll lead strategy, draft sharp pleadings, crunch some equity numbers, and negotiate outcomes that don’t require a reality TV mediator.

Yes, it's fully remote from California. Permanently. No commute. No dress code. Unless you want to wear a suit at home. We won't judge.

What You'll Be Doing

• Taking the lead to develop the strategy on complex partition cases and owning your cases like a boss.
• Drafting complaints, motions, and legal briefs that actually matter.
• Negotiating with opposing counsel over properties worth millions.
• Sifting through financial docs and discovery with the precision of a forensic accountant.
• Keeping clients informed—because communication is classy.
• Collaborating with our Managing Partner (who literally wrote the book on partition law).
• If you're experienced, you might just find yourself running the show.

• Numbers don’t scare you. In fact, Excel makes you feel powerful.
• You can hit deadlines, spot typos, and keep your calendar straight.
• You're fluent in Google Workspace and Microsoft Word.
• You're funny, sharp, and able to handle high-conflict situations without losing your cool.
