Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC seeks a Business Development Associate to lead market expansion through lead generation, client contacts, and meetings to win new business. With robust training and mentorship, you will grow from Associate to a Business Development Manager managing your own local territory in Indianapolis, Lebanon, or Avon.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred; high school diploma required.
• 2+ years of verifiable sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Research new companies, source contacts, and conduct new business development calls and meetings.
• Expand the client base by developing and providing solution-based options.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and document activity in the CRM.
• Prepare for 1-on-1s, sales coaching sessions, client planning and reviews.
• Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
