Summit is seeking an Entry Level Direct Sales Associate to drive new business with small to mid-sized companies. You will travel within your territory, engage with business owners and decision makers, present supplemental benefits programs, and close sales on the spot, with follow-ups scheduled to secure commitments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of full-time professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Make daily in-person sales calls to SMBs in your territory, selling B2B.
• Build strong relationships with customers and decision makers.
• Schedule appointments to present supplemental benefits programs to employees.
• Report daily sales stats and weekly goals to team leader.
• Attend business networking events to generate leads.
• Service existing client accounts and maintain CRM records.
