Tyree & D'Angelo Partners is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our Chicago office. You will generate leads, build a pipeline for Trusted Home Service Partners, and collaborate with the BD team to move opportunities through the deal cycle.

You have a track record in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and the drive to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with business owners.
• Proficient with CRM and sales tools.
• Willing to relocate to the Chicago area.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold and warm calling efforts.
• Build deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunities.
• Outbound prospect qualification and company research.
• Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Work closely with business development team to progress leads through the deal cycle.
• Assist in marketing campaigns.
• Schedule travel and create trip plan for senior members of the BD team.
• Assist in additional administrative tasks as needed.
• Be a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
