Job summary

Tyree & D'Angelo Partners in Chicago, IL is seeking a Business Development Associate to generate leads and build a robust pipeline for Trusted Home Service Partners (THSP). You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, and work with the BD team to move deals through the cycle.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field, proven sales/lead generation experience, strong communication skills, and CRM proficiency. Local candidates in the Chicago area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold and warm calling efforts
• Build deep pipeline of future acquisition opportunities
• Outbound prospect qualification and company research
• Manage and maintain prospect database ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Work closely with business development team to progress leads through the deal cycle
• Assist in marketing campaigns
• Schedule travel and create trip plan for senior members of the BD team
• Assist in additional administrative tasks as needed
• Be a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
