Job summary

goTenna is seeking a Business Development Associate to join a mission-focused team. The role blends customer-facing sales with internal growth work, advising and selling solutions to customers in government-focused markets and collaborating with Sales and Growth Leads.

You'll qualify inbound leads, build quotes, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and conduct post-sale outreach for new markets. The position is hybrid in Fairfax, VA with a compensation range of 85,000–100,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in inside sales or account management for government solutions.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound RFIs and move opportunities through procurement.
• Collaborate with Growth and Sales Leads on larger opportunities.
• Build quotes, conduct market research and process orders.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience, Logistics, Finance, Product and Marketing.
• Post-sale follow up and outbound campaigns for new markets.
