• Consult, don’t pitch; match owners to the right funding structures across 30+ capital solutions.
• Build the file with documentation for a clean submission.
• Work the desk with the closing team through underwriting and funding.
• Own the relationship; foster repeat business and referrals.
• Stay updated on lender appetite and market competition.
• Hit the number with consistent daily activity and funded deals.
