Universal Processing is hiring a Business Development Associate for an on-site, five-day-a-week role in the sales department. You will be the brand ambassador, gathering leads, conducting cold calls, and scheduling appointments to drive new business.

Compensation: This is a non-exempt position, with a base rate of$27.00/hourduring the probationary period. Upon successful completion of the probationary period, the base rate will increase to$30.00/hour.
