Job summary

Noble Prestige Impact is seeking ambitious recent graduates for a Manager in Training program in Maryland and Northern Virginia, delivered as an on-site, full-time role. You will gain hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and team development while representing inside nationally recognized retailers.

About the Role

NPI is seeking ambitious, growth-oriented recent graduates to join our Manager in Training program. This full-time, in-person role provides hands-on experience in sales, leadership, and team development while representing inside nationally recognized retailers including Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Home Depot, and Lowe’s.

We offer a dynamic environment where new professionals can gain valuable experience, receive personalized mentorship, and move into management roles based on performance—not tenure.

This is not door-to-door, canvassing or commission only role.

What You’ll Do

• Represent products and services inside high-traffic retail locations
